Diagnostic

Agents will determine why your computer is acting up and root out the problem through a series of system checks and diagnostics. Once the riddle is solved, we'll advise you on the best course of action to get your computer back in shape.

Computer Optimization

Your computer, like your car, is a finely tuned machine that needs regular maintenance to keep it running and in good working order. Our optimization service includes over 100 system tweaks that will shorten your computer's boot time, delete unwanted files and remove unnecessary background processes. We will bring your system up to speed with the most recent updates to guard against security threats.

Hardware Install

Agents can install any one internal or external hardware device onto your desktop or laptop. We’ll also install the corresponding software and configure the device to your needs.

Software Install

From a tax preparation program to a garden design program we will install a utility or productivity software that you have purchased.*

*Excludes operating system installation.

Software Suite Install

Repair, troubleshoot or install one software suite that you have purchased (e.g., Microsoft Office, Norton Internet Security, etc.)
Install all critical updates
Import up to 100 MB of data into the application, if upgrading
Configure the software to your needs
Make sure your software runs properly

Operating System Install

Install the version of Windows Vista™ or Apple operating system that you’ve purchased
Install all critical updates
Install any drivers required
Configure the software to your needs
Make sure your system runs properly

Restore CD Creation

Most new computers don’t come with the restore copy of your new system on the hard drive. Make sure you have a back up in case your hard drive dies. Enlist an Agent to do it for you. We’ll provide the CDs, but the system must have existing software installed.

Clean and Remove

Resell or donate your computer with confidence after we remove all your confidential files and information from the hard drive. Don't give away your confidential information.
